- PLPromover Team LimitedApr 15, 20262.0Booked in advance for two tyre replacements on a company van (FD19 GZU). Spoke with the team the day before and was advised to arrive at 9:30am, with confirmation that the tyres were in stock. Our driver arrived at 9:00am and waited on site. Despite staff being present and working around the workshop, no one approached the vehicle or acknowledged the booking. By 10:00am, there was still no communication or update, even after a follow-up call and email from our side. We had to leave without the work being done due to scheduled jobs. From a business perspective, the main issue here was the lack of coordination and communication. If there is a specific workflow or queue system in place, it should be clearly communicated. At the very least, someone should approach the driver, acknowledge the booking, and set realistic expectations on timing. Predictability is key in service without it, it becomes difficult to rely on, especially when operating on tight schedules.

BEWARE: No left turn sign on the way in, if you’re coming from Greenford train station. Similarly, beware No right turn sign on the way out after your visit.
